- Are prices inclusive of VAT?
- Prices are shown ex-VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
- Can I switch between The Brief and The Desk?
- Yes. Change plan from your account at any time; billing is prorated by our payment processor.
- What geography do you cover?
- England and Wales. This matches the HM Land Registry data underpinning the service.
- How does the data get to me?
- One weekly briefing email, Monday morning. On The Desk, daily alert emails, monday–friday, for new matches in a saved patch. You can also sign in to the dashboard at any time.
